Michelle McComb, MA, LCPC, E-RYT
Michelle is the founder of Mindful Health - Center for Wellness. She has long had the vision of creating a nurturing and healing space, with other health professionals, offering both traditional and complementary health services. Her goal was to create an environment that encourages feelings of safety, support and belonging, which she believes are essential elements in the ongoing process of healing and growth. She is most passionate about supporting others in recognizing their own true nature and unique potential, and to helping them identify what beliefs, experiences and behaviors are holding them back. She seeks to support others in developing awareness, and in cultivating the practices that strengthen insight, wisdom and compassion.
Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). She received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, in 1998. She has since been working in the field of mental health in a variety of settings including hospital, residential, community mental health, and currently private practice.
Michelle offers a mindfulness-based approach to counseling & psychotherapy and is trained in several evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She specializes in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and also has special interest and training in mindful behavior change, which she offers both individually and in groups. She has been studying and practicing mindfulness for 20 years and has extensive training in both the clinical application as well as traditional meditation. She is a fully trained teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), developed by John Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusettes Medical School. She integrates the teaching and practice of mindfulness into her therapy sessions to encourage and strengthen the cultivation of awareness, non-judgment, and self-compassion. She sees these as essential qualities in the therapeutic process of developing greater capacity for self-regulation, self-examination, and insightful change. Her dedication to her own personal practice provides the support for her work and continues to deeply inform her therapy with clients.

Andrea Stevens, MAOM, Lic. Ac., LMT
Andrea is a licensed acupuncturist and is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She received her Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts in 2005. In addition to being an Acupuncturist, Andrea is a Licensed Massage Therapist and continues to utilize and incorporate therapeutic massage and myofascial therapy into her acupuncture treatments. This integrative style along with Andrea's sensitive and intuitive approach to health and wellness allows one to feel as though their needs have been truly met and that they have found a compassionate ally in their quest for health.
Rachel Pelletier, LMT
Rachel has spent most of her adult life pursuing holistic healing. Trained in both traditional and non-traditional methods of Reiki, she became a Reiki Master in 1998 and has taught traditional Reiki since 2001.
A Certified Reflexologist and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist.
A long distance backpacker, Rachel has hiked over 5,000 miles. She embraces these journeys as distinctive challenges and among her most valuable teachers: experiences that provide her with profound life lessons and fundamental truths that continually shape her life.
A wife, mother and grandmother, Rachel is honored to provide individualized support and personal guidance with her sacred training and unique presence.
Susan Mirisola, RYT
Susan has been a Reiki practioner since 2009. She was trained in Reiki l and ll by Reiki Master Rachel Pelletier, and received her Reiki Master training in June 2013. She believes Reiki is a wonderful compliment to Western medicine, and is an effective tool in maintaining self-care and overall wellness.
Susan is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is trained in the Iyengar-style of yoga. She first came to yoga in her early 20's. A meditator since 1976, Susan long intended to return to yoga, but it was not until her move to Kennebunk in 1994 that she bgan taking classes in earnest at Nataraja School of Yoga in Kennebunk. In May of 2007, Susan became a certified teacher through a 200-hour training offered by June Locklin, master teacher and owner of Nataraja School of Yoga. Yoga re-surfaced at a critical time for Susan, one marked by personal transition, physical challenges and deep loss for which asana practice helped her cope and remain balanced. It is, however, the enrichment of the inner, spiritual life that yoga invites that grounds Susan and for which she is deeply grateful. Since the summer of 2007, Susan has offered free yoga classes to patrons of all ages at the Kennebunk Free Library where she has been employed since 1995.
